Charleville Lodge Dublin: Latest Review

Basic dated room and furnishings. No tea or coffee making facilities in the rooms which was a severe blow after having spent hours trailing round Dublin and in dire need of a coffee... There is however a tea and coffee making station where you can make your own, along the corridor, which is a bit of a bind in the mornings when you have to get dressed to go and make that morning cuppa! We had a long wait for breakfast. My poached eggs were raw and had to be sent back to the kitchen. Fab for access into Dublin, ten bus from outside the hotel. Quite a hike by foot about 25 to 30 minutes walk. The Charleville Lodge staff was very kind and let us leave our bags in the hotel, on a very early arrival and very late departure(waiting for flights).
