This hotel is basically budget, clean and small bathroom. The room was freshly painted. The staff was not all that helpful and friendly. We arrived late at the hotels chart website indicated that the hotel had 24 hour reception, but when we arrived they were closed. The clerk at the hotel never told hotels chart that they close at 12, so we had to waunder around paris in the middle of the night until we found another hotel. The next day we went back to hotel ermatage and explained to the guy at the desk what happened. He really did not seem to care. I complained to hotels chart and then i got a credit for the first night, since when we arrived they were closed. All in all, the hotel room was basic and clean. We asked for another pillow but the guy never brought it. They do clean your room every day and make the bed and give you fresh towels. If you are looking for budget hotel that is clean this one is ok.
