Customers can cancel their reservation with no extra charge whatsoever by 16:00 (Central European Time), 2 days before their scheduled arrival. If guests fail to arrive (no-show), or cancel after the time period mentioned above, their credit card will be debited the total cost of 1 night's accommodation.
