Hotel Victoires Opera Paris: Latest Review

My wife and I had booked an upgraded room which was available when we arrived, HOWEVER what the hotel does not tell you is that the upgraded rooms face directly on a very noisy street. While it is primarily a pedistrian only street there are numerous resturants with outside seating and it is quite noisy until about midnight. These rooms should have double paned glass to cut down on the noise. Also on the last night there we asked for breakfast in the room which was 45 minutes late. For a 4 star hotel this seems a little strange.
