Hotel Villa D'estrees Paris: Latest Review

I don't believe the hotel was a true 4 star one. They didn't have the services to be one - like a concierge. Breakfast was something we tried only once: it was uncomfortable and the coffee was very bad. The rooms were very dark. They were elegant. The actual look of the room was sophisticated - not trying too hard to be anything though there was a definite cohesive look. The closet to hang clothes was at 3' That doesn't seem right to get a back ache trying to put your clothing away. This was in a superior room. Also, the lighting was not wired in an intuitive way. The Tv was older and there were no movies. The area was pretty lively.
