Hotel Eurostars Thalia Prague: Latest Review
The hotel Eurostars Thalia is well located, the room was big and comfortable. So the hotel itself was really ok, but what I missed was the willingness to help us when we asked if it was possible to get a big plastic bag (that for the garbage) and the answer was an immediate NO (it is impossible that in a hotel of 5 stars you cannot get a simple garbage plastic bag!!) So the internet is functioning really well, but the human factor is not so good.
