The building has been home to the hotel since 1920 and was completely re-decorated between 2003 and 2004. The ease of booking was a great plus point, and there were no mix-ups at the other end: we were expected, and the staff were very pleasant and polite and helpful during our stay. The hotel was very central to all the sites that we wanted to see in Rome and most were easily walkable. We were very satisfied with our experience and happy to use the facility again.
