Hotel Alla Fava Venice: Latest Review
On arrival, we were met by an incredibly rude and unpleasant female member of staff. Our room had a nice view but in the middle of a freezing January, there was no heating and when we asked it was not put on. We slept with layers of clothes on that night. I became very ill the morning of check-out, my boyfriend asked if we could stay an extra hour and was refused point blank, despite the fact there was no-one else in the Hotel. Breakfast was a disgrace. Coffee and a hard bread roll. This hotel lacks personality, good staff and any idea what it is to provide a service. It was hard trying not to let this experiece spoil our 2 nights in Venice.
